Cancellation, Credit and Refund Policy

Our Policy may include a refund, though some restrictions apply.  Please review the terms below.

NO refunds for products or courses*

NO
credit will be issued if there is ANY activity in the course / product, including accessing the course / product.

NO
credit will be issued if the request is made MORE than 48 hours after purchase

Credit for future products may be considered if:
  • Requests are received within 48 hours of purchase.
  • There is ZERO activity in the course(s)/product(s).
  • Credited amount will = purchase price minus a 10% administrative fee Requests for credit will NOT be accepted over the phone or in person. Email your request to: rbt@appletreeconnection.com
Include:
  • Full name
Course(s) enrolled in (For course with a live instruction component, you MUST include details regarding date and time of live sessions)
  • Reason for withdrawing from the course

NO credit or refund will be given to any student removed/dismissed from the course by AppleTree Connection. Reasons for dismissal include but are not limited to:
  • Violating the attendance policy (live instructor courses),
  • Plagiarism, and
  • Cheating.

Please note that your credit eligibility may differ if purchased from or billed through a third party (e.g. Career Source, ABA Company, Vendor, employer, etc.). Review your offer terms for more information.

If credit(s) are approved, you will be notified via email. Credit remains on your account for 1 year

*If AppleTree Connection cancels a course, everyone who has signed up for the course will receive a FULL refund.
  • Refunds are processed in the same method payment was made.
