At AppleTree Connection, we stand behind the quality of our programs and strive to make our policies clear and fair. Our Policy may include a refund, though some restrictions apply. Please read the terms below regarding refunds, cancellations, and credit eligibility.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all self-paced and live courses.

If you're outside the 7-day refund window but have not accessed any course content or downloads, you may request credit toward a future program.

Live Instructor Courses
For courses with scheduled live sessions, include the date and time of your assigned session(s) in your request.
Attendance and engagement are required. Missed live sessions may result in ineligibility for certification and are not refundable unless the entire course is canceled by AppleTree Connection.
Dismissals and Policy Violations
Students who are removed from a course due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Grounds for dismissal include, but are not limited to:
Third-Party Funded Enrollments
If your enrollment is paid through a third party (e.g., CareerSource, ABA agency, employer, vendor), your eligibility for refund or credit may differ. Please refer to the terms outlined in your agreement with the funding source.
If AppleTree Cancels a Course
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all self-paced and live courses.
- If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, as long as you have not accessed any course content or downloadable materials.
- If your course was purchased as part of a bundle that includes downloadable content and those materials have been accessed or downloaded, your refund will be processed minus the value of those items.

Credit Toward Future Enrollment
If you're outside the 7-day refund window but have not accessed any course content or downloads, you may request credit toward a future program.
Credit may be granted only if ALL of the following are true:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
- There has been zero activity in the course
- The request is submitted in writing to rbt@appletreeconnection.com and includes:
- Full name
- Course title(s)
- Purchase date
- Reason for withdrawal
If approved:
- Credit will equal the purchase price minus a 10% administrative fee
- Credit remains valid for 12 months
- You will be notified by email
No Refunds or Credit After 14 Days or After Course Access
- No refunds or credits will be issued if more than 14 days have passed since purchase
- No refunds or credits will be issued if you have accessed any part of the course or downloaded materials
- We cannot accept refund or credit requests by phone or in person
