We are inviting you to join,
based on your ethical practices:

  • Hire RBT as employee (W2)
  • DO NOT hire RBT as contractor (1099)
  • DO NOT make RBTs sign a non-compete
  • DO NOT charge for Competency Assessment
  • DO NOT require RBT pay back for "cost of doing business", specifically required employment onboarding training
  • BCBAs supervise RBTs for at least 5% of direct service hours each month
