The 40-hour training teaches you how to apply these skills in real-life settings. It prepares you for the RBT Competency Assessment and national RBT board exam (administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board -  BACB). 

Comprehensive Competency Assessment The competency assessment ensures you’ve mastered the skills from your 40-hour training course. You'll demonstrate practical behavior analysis skills used in various work settings, such as working with adults or children with autism. Passing this assessment confirms your hands-on experience and readiness to sit for the RBT Board exam.

BACB Supervisor Support

In addition to the core training and assessment, supervision from a BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) certified supervisor is a vital component. RBT Board Exam
